1971 Yamaha Mini Enduro - Quite possibly the greatest little motorcycle that ever lived...

When I was a kid I had one of these little bikes.  My friends and I beat this thing like it owed us money and it just came back for more.  There simply wasn't anything we could do to this little bike to kill it, and boy did we try.  The clutch cable was broken when I got it and was never replaced.  We just push started it and would jam it into gear.  We did this for years and it never had a problem.  My friends and I would get bored and take it apart.  We knew nothing about mechanics, and after hours of surgical experiments it would just start up and run like hell.  We always said that if it did ever die, we would probably not fix her, we would just give her a proper burial.  That day never came.  I outgrew it and it was eventually sold with my father's place in Pennsylvania.  The memory of this little bike will be with me forever.  Today, these little bikes are highly desired collector's items selling for $4000 - $5000.
